As I     mentioned in the previous article, we have no shortage of distractions in     our everyday life as every single second, minute, and hour slips away from     us before we even realize it is gone.  I also gave a method     by which we can consciously focus on being grateful throughout the     day.  In this article, I want to suggest another method that     can possibly be even more fun in our journey towards a more grateful     living.      Get a group of friends you can connect with and create a gratitude group. You can help each other and guide each other to stay on the       path of gratitude.
