Beliefs, Blocks & Becoming: Releasing What Holds You Back

This is for those of who at times feel like we are pushing against an invisible wall.

Not for the lack of trying, but somehow how much ever you try to move forward, something makes sure you cannot move past a certain point.

All the best intentions, clarity and action are unable to take you beyond that point. Even if you do get the success it is limited or short lived or needs too much effort.

It can also feel like a part of you is trying too hard to move forward while another part of you is trying equally hard to hold you back.

But the thing is all it need is a bit of awareness.

The Invisible Architecture of Your Inner World :

Much of what shapes your life doesn’t live in your conscious thoughts—it lives beneath them.

Your beliefs. Beliefs shaped by experiences, emotions, and repeated messages. Shaped by conclusions you formed—often long ago, either from your own experiences or beliefs that were passed down to you from the experiences of the previous generations. But beliefs are not facts. Many of them were created at a time when you didn’t have the awareness or choice you have now.

And yet… they have been quietly influencing how you see yourself, what you expect from life, limiting your thinking and even what you believe is possible for you.

When Beliefs Become Blocks :

Over time, beliefs don’t just stay as thoughts—they begin to shape your emotional and behavioral patterns.

This is where “blocks” come in.

A block nothing but an emotional response rooted in a belief that no longer serves you—but is still trying to protect you.

It can show up as:

* Procrastination

* Overthinking

* Fear of taking the next step

* Self-Sabotage and Self -doubt

* Emotional triggers that feel bigger than the moment

From the outside, it may look like resistance or even laziness.

But underneath, there’s usually a belief that just does not feel safe to move ahead.

The Loop That Keeps You Stuck :

Beliefs and blocks tend to reinforce each other in a subtle but powerful cycle:

A belief shapes how you feel.

Those feelings influence how you act (or don’t act).

And the results of those actions seem to “prove” the belief is true.

For example:

You might carry a belief like *“I’m not good enough.”*

That belief creates anxiety or hesitation.

You hold back, avoid, or second-guess yourself.

And the outcome reinforces the original belief.

Because it’s familiar and that's how patterns are born

*Why “Just Think Positive” Doesn’t Work :

If beliefs were purely logical, you could simply replace them with better ones.

But most beliefs are born from and are rooted in emotional experiences.

This is why repeating affirmations or trying to “stay positive” often feels like it only works on the surface.

Somewhere deep down the body still remembers the past unsafe moment, the nervous system responds and the subconscious is still acting from the place of what once felt real and important.

True change doesn’t happen by forcing a new thought over an old one. That would be like putting fresh apples in a basket full of spoiled one. The fresh apples are going to get affected as well.

The change happens when the emotional imprint beneath the belief begins to shift. Identifying the emotional imprint can be the real Aha moment.

Healing at the Root :

Real transformation begins when you start working *with* your inner world, rather than against it.

This involves:

* Becoming aware of the patterns without judgment

* Allowing yourself to feel what has been suppressed or avoided

* Gently releasing stored emotional energy

* Creating a sense of safety within your body and mind

* Rewiring the subconscious through deeper processes

The good news is that there are many ways to go beyond surface-level change and work directly with the emotional and subconscious layers.

Take a step back and pause for Reflection:

If you’re noticing a pattern in your life right now, I would request you to take a step back explore it with curiosity instead of pressure.

You could perhaps ask yourself:

* What might I be believing about myself in this situation?

* When have I felt this way before?

* What am I afraid might happen if I truly moved forward?

The answers may come immediately or it may show up unexpectedly.

Sometimes, just the awareness is the key to change.

When you begin to release the beliefs that no longer serve you, something shifts.

Releasing it with understanding, acceptance and peace.

And from that place, change feels like a natural expression of who you are becoming.

Because in truth, you are just reconnecting with the most authentic and pure version of yourself.

Tools like EFT, Hypnotherapy, Quantum healing, Guided imagery techniques etc.. are very powerful in gently yet thoroughly clearing these beliefs, blocks and patterns.

If you would like to identify and release some of these beliefs, blocks or patterns in you, I would be honored to be a part of your journey.

Weave gratitude into your life

We all know the power of gratitude. We all know, the more we have to be thankful for, the more we have opportunities to be thankful for. This is possibly one of the most well-known mantras since the time people understood the concept of the law of attraction. But still, the moment we get caught up in our daily life, gratitude more often than not slips way back into our priority lists. Have you noticed that the only time you are holding on to the attitude of gratitude is when you are present in the here and now?  So accepted and acknowledged that we in our daily lives have enough attractions, distractions, to-do lists, not-to-do lists, etc. which all come together from making sure we are all not always in a state of gratitude.  The universe is very smart, it has given us the tool to achieve so many things, but also made sure the only way we can use it is by being present....

The cycle of manifestation and self-sabotage

One of the biggest topics of interest over forever may be Manifestation. Everyone wants to manifest something or the other, me included. But so very often as we get closer and closer to the goal, something seems to pull us away.  As we start noticing the signs and signals that we are almost there, things invariably start going wrong or falling apart. If it is a relationship manifestation, there may be unexplained conflicts. If it is a job manifestation, the last round of interviews may probably get postponed for no reason. If it is a travel manifestation, something may get canceled at the last minute. If it is a home manifestation, the neighbors may not match your wavelength.  Sounds familiar?  Why does this happen? Why is it that when we are so close to getting something, everything changes? When we are trying to manifest something, maybe a relationship, we get caught up in doing everything to make it happen. ...

Indicators of energy release

What are the indicators of energy release? We work on understanding, accepting, acknowledging and releasing energies all the time.  But how do we know that the energy is actually moving? One of the most common indicators of the released energy leaving our body is through yawning. Whether we are working with tapping, guided imagery, quantum healing or even other modalities of energy healing such as Reiki - Yawning along with feeling physically tired is a huge indicator of energy release.  Other indicators of energy release can include tears, crying, hiccups, burps, feeling very sleepy- to the point of being unable to keep eyes open and in extreme cases it can even include fever, purging ( specially if the released energy is a lot of disgust), and diarrhea.   Unless the release symptoms are very uncomfortable or are not subsiding, all that needs to be done to facilitate better and easier transition of the energy is to drink plenty of healthy fluids and rest.
