The art of listening to the unsaid

I've been working with some wonderful people lately and every EFT session I have still amazes me. The way EFT gently coaxes out hidden memories and emotions that may have been buried so deep.

No matter how deep they are buried, they still fester like weeds, growing roots and finally branching out as multiple symptoms.

How to reach such hidden memories from symptoms that most of the time look completely unrelated to the symptoms displayed.

The greatest clue for me while working with clients is their expressions. However subtle it may be, certain words tug on these memories and the change in the expression is the biggest giveaway. These words are like finding the end of the string in a ball of yarn, that can unravel all that is hidden inside.

More often than not, the symptoms begin to appear when buried memories, feelings, and emotions have run their course and are trying to find a way out. Our resistance to acknowledging their presence in our body and mind blocks their release and finds an outlet as multiple symptoms.

I guess 'better out than in' applies here too. Since sooner or later, all that we hold inside is going to try and find a way out.

I've also seen that most of the time when I get approached by clients, it is because they are ready to make a change. In my personal experience, when the student is ready, the teacher arrives, seems to work here too. The very fact that the client has approached me, is because they are ready to make a change. They are ready to make the change because they already have the awareness that something needs to change. They have got the awareness because they have noticed that something is off and that has happened because some hidden memory, emotion, or feeling has woken up inside them.

Just the basic understanding of these has helped so many.

Now one of the most powerful phrases in my experience that have helped in this unraveling is very simply this:

"Even though I just cannot stop thinking about this problem, I still choose to love accept and forgive myself"

This particular phrase is very powerful in revealing the end that will unravel the yarn of issues and reveal the core problem. Just keep tugging at it.

Most importantly, don't dismiss any thought that comes up while using this phrase. Even it feels highly irrelevant, listen to it. It can reveal more than you know.

See you all in the next post.

Make energy cleanse a regular ritual

Image By tohamina I recently felt the full impact of an energy attack. I thought I was protecting my energy well, but I realized I had not done enough. We all go through such attacks at least a few times in our lives. But what's most important are the choices we make when such an attack occurs.  These attacks want us to make the wrong choices. It gives them more leverage. When I experienced this energy attack, possibly one of the longest running attacks, it took me a while to realize it.  It felt as if everyone and everything was against me. I was experiencing feelings and emotions that did not feel like mine. All I wanted to do was to rave and rant.  But once I realized that all of it felt unnatural, I knew I've to start moving out all these energies that weren't mine. They felt like iron filings clinging on to a magnet. I worked on clearing this energy out everyday, till the source...

Weave gratitude into your life

Image by jcomp on Freepik We all know the power of gratitude. We all know, the more we have to be thankful for, the more we have opportunities to be thankful for. This is possibly one of the most well-known mantras since the time people understood the concept of the law of attraction. But still, the moment we get caught up in our daily life, gratitude more often than not slips way back into our priority lists. Have you noticed that the only time you are holding on to the attitude of gratitude is when you are present in the here and now?  So accepted and acknowledged that we in our daily lives have enough attractions, distractions, to-do lists, not-to-do lists, etc. which all come together from making sure we are all not always in a state of gratitude.  The universe is very smart, it has given us the tool to achieve so many things, but also made sure the only way we c...

The five W's of beliefs that run our lives

Image by wayhomestudio on Freepik Our whole lives are based on beliefs. Some may take us forward and some may hold us back. But some beliefs that we may not even realize we had, have enough power to turn our lives upside down with recurring patterns, repeated problems and even self sabotages that can wreck havoc.  We are left holding thoughts like 'why does this always happen to me'? 'Things never work for me' 'I am so unlucky' 'I'll never find love' "I'll never have money' etc.  These thoughts further power those beliefs and the loop stays on.  Like I've mentioned in an earlier article about beliefs and patterns  even the smallest of words/experience from our childhood can have a huge impact in our adult lives, especially if it has caught us at our most vulnerable time.  To release a belief, we have to identify it and here are five questions you can ask yourself that can h...
