The sweet spot between fight or flight

Recently I was trying to plan something and for some reason, everything kept falling apart. The more I tried to fix it, newer and unexpected issues kept cropping up. And then I realized I was trying too hard - I was fighting and stressing to fix the issue.

I had to take a step back and just accept that there is a reason as to why nothing was working. There were some compromises to be made to my original plan and I decided to go with it without any fight or resistance.

Surprise! Surprise! Things worked out way better than I had even planned for. When you trust the Universe and let go of the control a little bit and allow the universe to take over, it can be magical.

On another occasion, a while back, I tried to change my place of work because of its multiple limitations. I was frustrated and angry, and left the place with all these emotions boiling inside me and went to a new place.

I understood within a few months that though the place was new, I had carried forward most of the problems with me here too. I was so busy trying to escape from the old place that I did not stop to make peace, accept and maybe even be grateful for at least the learning experience I got from there, before moving on to another job.

I finally realized what was happening. I was running from job to job, so busy trying to escape that I did not even notice that I was carrying all my baggage with me on my flight process.

In both situations, the moment I accepted the problem, made peace with and tried to work with the problem, instead of against it either by fighting or trying to escape from it by fleeing, things became so much simpler, smoother and definitely easier.

Of course, it did take me some time and a lot of practice to get into the space of not instinctively reacting but pausing, taking a deep breath, accepting and then acting accordingly.

That's the sweet spot between fight and flight - pause, deep breath and acceptance. The moment you make your peace with any problem, the energy of the problem has to change. Divine intervention will happen and there will be a noticeable shift.

The cycle of manifestation and self-sabotage

Image by pressfoto on Freepik One of the biggest topics of interest over forever may be Manifestation. Everyone wants to manifest something or the other, me included. But so very often as we get closer and closer to the goal, something seems to pull us away.  As we start noticing the signs and signals that we are almost there, things invariably start going wrong or falling apart. If it is a relationship manifestation, there may be unexplained conflicts. If it is a job manifestation, the last round of interviews may probably get postponed for no reason. If it is a travel manifestation, something may get canceled at the last minute. If it is a home manifestation, the neighbors may not match your wavelength.  Sounds familiar?  Why does this happen? Why is it that when we are so close to getting something, everything changes? When we are trying to manifest something, maybe a relationship, we get caught up i...

Make energy cleanse a regular ritual

Image By tohamina I recently felt the full impact of an energy attack. I thought I was protecting my energy well, but I realized I had not done enough. We all go through such attacks at least a few times in our lives. But what's most important are the choices we make when such an attack occurs.  These attacks want us to make the wrong choices. It gives them more leverage. When I experienced this energy attack, possibly one of the longest running attacks, it took me a while to realize it.  It felt as if everyone and everything was against me. I was experiencing feelings and emotions that did not feel like mine. All I wanted to do was to rave and rant.  But once I realized that all of it felt unnatural, I knew I've to start moving out all these energies that weren't mine. They felt like iron filings clinging on to a magnet. I worked on clearing this energy out everyday, till the source...

Indicators of energy release

Image by 8photo on Freepik What are the indicators of energy release? We work on understanding, accepting, acknowledging and releasing energies all the time.  But how do we know that the energy is actually moving? One of the most common indicators of the released energy leaving our body is through yawning. Whether we are working with tapping, guided imagery, quantum healing or even other modalities of energy healing such as Reiki - Yawning along with feeling physically tired is a huge indicator of energy release.  Other indicators of energy release can include tears, crying, hiccups, burps, feeling very sleepy- to the point of being unable to keep eyes open and in extreme cases it can even include fever, purging ( specially if the released energy is a lot of disgust), and diarrhea.   Unless the release symptoms are very uncomfortable or are not subsiding, all that needs to be done to facilitate better and easier transition of the energy is to drink plenty of...
