EFT to move from disconnect to connect


The world is going through a huge change in so many ways. One of the main effects I have noticed in so many people around me is the amount of disconnect everyone is feeling not just with each other, but with themselves as well.

Despite the growing number of communication gadgets, the emotional distance and mental disconnect are growing rapidly, leading to increasing loneliness and related symptoms. 

Though we have to ride through the shift in the world energy, we can at least tap through the other feelings and emotions so we can deal with this disconnect a bit better and maybe even start reconnecting again.

KC Point - Even though I feel so alone despite having so many people around me, I still love accept and forgive myself.

KC Point - Even though I have no one to talk to and I feel so disconnected from everyone around me, I still love accept and forgive myself.

KC Point - Even though I feel disconnected from myself too, I somehow no longer feel like myself at all, I still love accept and forgive myself.

EB point - I feel so alone.

SE point - I feel so disconnected from everyone and myself.

UE point - I have friends, but feel I've no one to talk to.  

UN point - Even when I talk, I feel no connection.

CH point - When I feel this disconnected, my energy level also dips.

CB point -  I feel too tired and lethargic to make an effort to connect with others. 

OH point - But I am still trying to love accept and forgive myself. 


EB point - I used to feel energetic and connected.

SE point - I just feel weighed down now and even connecting with others feels like so much work.

UE point - It is no longer fun. 

UN point - I don't even feel connected with myself anymore.

CH point -  I used to be so lively and fun.

CB point - I am so disconnected from myself and everyone else around me.

OH point -  But I still choose to love accept and forgive myself. 


EB point - I may be disconnected, but I am aware I feel that way.

SE point - I am aware I want to feel connected again.

UE point - So maybe I am not as disconnected as I think I am.

UN point - I don't feel as connected as before, but I remember how it felt to feel so connected.

CH point -  How alive it felt.

CB point -  I accept and acknowledge me and the world around me are changing.

OH point -  I choose to adapt so I can connect in the best possible way.


EB point - I am ready to explore all possibilities to feel connected again.

SE point - There are lots of people out there looking for someone like me as I am looking for friends like them.

UE point - I choose to be open to receiving new people in my life.

UN point - A new phase may be beginning now.

CH point -  Bringing in new adventures with new people.

CB point -  And I am now ready for that.

OH point -  And I choose to love accept and forgive myself. 


EB point - I choose to reconnect with my inner fun self again.

SE point -  And adapt to the present times with that energy. 

UE point - So I can see the kind of people that energy attracts.

UN point - I am ready to shift into the vibration of connection. 

CH point -  And am ready to let go off any and all resistance within me to feel the connection.

CB point -  To attract all the right people who are for my highest good. 

OH point -  And I choose to love accept and forgive myself. 


Repeat these rounds a couple of times with along whatever words your intuition gives you too. You'll start seeing changes soon. Do note, these are all generic scripts. But some beliefs that we may not even realize we had, have enough power to turn our lives upside down with recurring patterns, repeated problems and even self sabotages that can wreck havoc.  We are left holding thoughts like 'why does this always happen to me'?
