Some triggers can       be intense enough to elicit a strong reaction from you, that the other       person is left wondering "What did I do wrong? "                How often have you stopped and stepped back to ask yourself this "Why         was I triggered so much? " "Which of those words triggered me? " "Why am         I so affected? "  Once you get these answers you can         save yourself and your loved ones a lot of pain.  Because triggers are just that. They point you in the direction of the         real emotion that has been still left unprocessed inside. Either emotion         that you do not want to look at or emotions that are desperate for an         outlet. And they can be incredibly confusing. A situation at work can find a trigger...
